Vegetable Crudité Platter:

A variety of garden fresh vegetables (raw, roasted, chard) with hummus and ranch $45

 

Meat & Cheese Charcuterie Platter:

A variety of cured delicious meats, patè with local and imported cheeses with an assortment of pickled vegetables served with crackers and crustini $85

 

Flatbread Platter:

Selection of house made flat breads which include Bruschetta, Brie & Pear, steak and blue cheese with caramelized onion $60

 

Dessert Platter:

An assortment of bite size dessert squares and fresh seasonal fruits $60

Classic Burgers BBQ

Your Choice of handmade beef chuck burger, chicken burger or Beyond burger. Served with potato and green salad (other salad selection available on request) $21

Bowen Burger BBQ

Your choice of lamb or BC wild salmon (vegetarian option available) Served with potato and green salad (other salad selection available on request) $26

 

Southern Style BBQ:

Smoked pork side ribs (half rack) and BBQ chicken served with Caesar salad, twice baked beans & corn bread. $25

 

Taste of the West Coast:

Your choice of grilled 5oz wild BC sockeye salmon or 8oz Striploin served with seasonal vegetables & daily potatoes. Served with green and pasta salad $30

 

Crab Boil:

A true social event! Whole prawns, crab legs, sausage, corn & potatoes all boiled in one large pot served family style on a long table(s). Served with Caesar salad and garlic toast $40
